MEDA Senate Hearing

MEDA SENATE HEARING. Senator Edgardo Angara, chair of the Senate sub-committee on MEDA Bill, stressed the need for a permanent development agency for Mindanao as he led the public hearing on the Mindanao Economic Development Authority (MEDA) Bill last week. The Senate version of the bill is set to be finalized this week. Beside him is Senator Richard Gordon, one of the ten Senators who filed a counterpart MEDA Bill.
