SUPPORT FOR MEDA. Zamboanga City Mayor Celso Lobregat expresses support to the proposed Mindanao Economic Development Authority (MEDA) bill, saying Mindanao needs a permanent development agency that ensures continuity of all programs and projects and promotes the active participation of local governments in the island's overall development initiatives.
